Executive Management Staff

The President/Chief Executive Officer, Christine Burroughs, is a strong visionary who has led the organization for 22 years. She supervises over 100 staff at 26 locations with an annual operating budget of $11 million. She has overseen a massive expansion of programs and facilities including mergers and several major new construction and renovation projects. She has developed a diversified funding base including leading companies, foundations, and 50 government contracts. She serves on several boards, is a Rotarian and a Realtor.

The Chief Operating Officer, Vicky Reader, MBA, is responsible for the oversight of the agency infrastructure and day-to-day operations. As second in command, she provides oversight to the agency in the absence of the CEO. Her responsibilities include HR, staff development, facilities maintenance, supply procurement, property management, and administrative offices management as well as oversight of program services. She has 20+ years experience in corporate HR.

The Senior Director of Government Compliance, Denise Scovel, has been with InnVision for 20 years. She is responsible for all government fund development, contract negotiations, government compliance and billing oversight for $4 million/50 contracts. Ms. Scovel is the main point of contact between federal, state, county and city government entities and the agency. She has 20 years of experience in personnel administration in private industry.

As Director of Development, Ann-Marie Meacham, MPA, has 10 years of executive experience in the non-profit sector. She is responsible for cultivating both individual and corporate donations and sponsorships, and foundation grants for all programs. She has a long history of volunteer management and is the current President of Junior League of San Jose and past President of the Parents' Association Board at St. Andrew's Episcopal School, Saratoga.

As Finance Consultant, Jane Sanchez, CPA/MBA, advises on financial functions including budgeting, cash flow and asset management. She has over 25 years of experience in executive management in the areas of finance, administration and operations in Silicon Valley including owning her own company. Her particular expertise includes process development, risk management and strategic planning.
